Club coaches who want a calm, readable kit for league nights often pick darker bases, and Ocean Contour is built around that idea. A deep navy body carries thin sky-blue and white lines that ripple like a topographic map from the chest down to the hem, broken by a wider light-blue wave across the waist.
The V-neck has a white insert framed in sky blue, matching the sleeve cuffs and the side panels that run from underarm to hem. Raglan-style shoulder seams give the bat arm freedom on forehand loops, and the regular cut sits flat at the waist so the jersey does not ride up in low receiving stances.
We use a 100% polyester bird-eye interlock, approx. 140–150 GSM, for this jersey. The open surface moves sweat outward where it evaporates, the yarn is anti-pilling, and the sublimated navy will not flake or crack after repeated 30°C washes. It is light enough for summer tournaments in a packed sports hall.
Recolour the contour lines in your club shades, place your crest on the left chest, and add sponsor marks to the sleeves or across the back. Player names and numbers are sublimated at the same time as the base design. Every order starts with a free 3D mock-up so your committee approves the look before money is spent on sampling.
Sampling takes 15–20 working days and the sample fee is credited to your first bulk order. After approval, bulk production in our own factory takes 2–3 weeks, with ISO 9001:2015 checks on print alignment, seams and sizing. Payment is a 50% deposit and the balance when goods are ready to ship.

Yes. Every colour in the artwork is editable. Send your Pantone references or a photo of your club kit and we recolour the navy base, contour lines and trims, then send a free 3D mock-up for approval before any sample is cut.
Lightweight polyester knits around 140–150 GSM work best. We use bird-eye interlock, which wicks sweat, dries fast between games and takes sublimation ink evenly. Heavier fabrics feel warm in indoor halls and take longer to dry.
Allow 15–20 working days for the paid sample after mock-up approval. Bulk production then takes 2–3 weeks from sample sign-off. Large or technical orders get a confirmed date in the quote, and air freight adds a few days.
Yes. We work with teamwear dealers and clubs in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Smaller orders go by courier and larger distributor stock by sea freight. Defects reported within 14 days of delivery are remade or credited after inspection.
